Chalet Croix du Sud at the top of Courchevel

A prestigious chalet, extraordinary.

The Croix du Sud chalet is one of the agency’s most notable achievements, because it was one of the first chalets to make the term “prestigious chalet” sacred.

This chalet, unusual in its size, its surface area, and its number of rooms and basement, is an achievement that took 5 years to come to fruition.

Interior designer Massimiliano Agostoni designed the interior fittings and several project management teams carried out the project.

The Croix du Sud chalet remains a chalet full of challenges, the earthworks were extensive and the structural work was particularly technical.

But despite this relative excess, the chalet remains in tradition, and takes up the codes of authenticity of the Savoyard chalet with the use of old wood and stone on the facades, decorative friezes on the roof or balcony strip.

As soon as they enter the door, the visitor is transported into a high-quality interior where each space has been studied with great interest by the interior designer in order to create an exceptional chalet in the image of its owner.
